To configure and enable scoring in a form in your Jira Service Management, please follow the below mentioned steps:

  • Open the project in your Jira Service Management instance.

  • Go to Project Settings and create a form in Jira Service Management. You can check out the following documentation for details regarding how to create a from in Jira Service Management: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/create-or-edit-a-form/

  • Go to Project Settings.

  • Scroll down and select the option “Form Scorer Config“

  • From the “Select Form“ drop down menu, please select the form on which you want to configure the scoring.

  • Once you select the form, you will be able to see various sections and the corresponding questions in the form.

  • Expand one of the question and then enable the “Enable Scoring“ checkbox (if not enabled already).

    • Against each choice/ option for the question, there will be a “Choice Score“ text box where you can enter the score applicable for the option.

    • If you do not want to include a specific option in the scoring, please select “Not Applicable“ Checkbox.

    • Max Score displays the maximum score which can be scored against a question.

  • Once you have configured scores against all the questions in the from, please click on the “Save“ button.
